Therefore are job satisfaction and well-being major focus areas, both when working independently and when collaborating across teams.
Personal relationships and the sense of togetherness between colleagues are strengthened through various annual events, organized either by the company or by the staff association, which all employees belong to. Additional employee benefits and initiatives include a massage scheme and communal lunches.
Personality analysis plays a key role at Innflow – in our recruitment process, daily collaboration, and team composition. The analyses help tailor communication styles, understand reaction patterns, and prioritize tasks among colleagues. They were introduced in 2016 by a business and health coach, who also conducts an annual voluntary health check for employees.
To monitor and ensure employee well-being, we have appointed two Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) representatives who carry out workplace assessments. The OHS representatives have completed all required occupational health and safety training.
The psychosocial and physical working environment is assessed every three years, with the next assessment scheduled for spring 2026.
