This means working actively to minimize our negative impact on human rights, the environment, and the climate – while striving to create positive impact wherever possible.
We operate in line with internationally recognized standards, including the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. In addition, we actively support and work with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
To ensure we stay on track, we review all policies and procedures within CSR annually – and ensure that every part of our operations aligns with our overall commitment to responsible business.
As part of our transparency, we publish an annual CSR report, where we share our progress, challenges, and goals.
TEXTILE WITH CARE
At Innflow, we want to run a responsible business where we do our utmost to minimise any negative environmental, social and economic impacts of our activities. Through our business operations, our goal is to contribute to responsible development – both in Denmark and globally.
To achieve this, we work according to the internationally recognised principles for responsible business conduct – part of the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights

Internally, we have developed a CSR strategy: Textile with Care. The strategy sets the direction for our CSR work, which includes our monitoring tools, chemical restrictions, continuous reporting, supplier segmentation as well as our work with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
We are committed to ensuring that we conduct our business in accordance with the principles for responsible business conduct and to encouraging our suppliers and other business partners to do the same. We are doing this through our Code of Conduct and policies, which are updated annually.

UN SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS
Innflow is a member of UN Global Compact Network Denmark, which we joined in 2022. The purpose of our membership is sparring and knowledge-sharing in connection with our UN SDG work and to support our strategic and targeted efforts with the selected SDGs.
Across the organisation, we have an internal sparring group that continuously follows up on whether our existing initiatives are progressing, and if the need arises, there is always room to implement new ones. All Innflow employees have been involved in looking at the 17 SDGs and the 169 targets, and in selecting three specific goals that we believe we can have a positive impact on:

SDG 8 – DECENT WORK AND ECONOMIC GROWTH
• We encourage everyone to apply for jobs with us regardless of age, gender, religion or ethnicity.
• We offer all employees health insurance and health check-ups.
• We follow up on the working conditions of employees in our supply chain through our collaboration
with suppliers and our Code of Conduct.

SDG 12 – RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION AND PRODUCTION
• We specify requirements with regard to our internal waste sorting and reducing the consumption of
printed matter.
• We are continuously working on solutions for sustainable packaging and alternative materials.
• We offer sustainable product and packaging alternatives
• We regularly ask suppliers for sustainable alternatives and encourage them to explore these possibilities.
• We participate in the textile industry’s courses for new initiatives and alternatives.

SDG 13 – CLIMATE ACTION
• We are reducing the environmental impact of our own CO2emissions and the emissions associated with our products by primarily using sea transport.
• We consolidate shipments and use optimal box sizes to minimise wasted space.
• We have installed two charging stations for electric vehicles (EVs) in our car park.
• We have started implementing scope 3 in our carbon accounting.
